Choose by conversation
A large library is useful when choosing among settings, genres and characters matters most. A smaller cast may suit someone who wants to return to the same characters and learn their styles. Neither approach tells you how much you will enjoy a particular conversation.
Try the same ordinary topic in both products: a game you are playing, a film you watched or a plan for the weekend. Notice whether you enjoy the response and whether the next reply follows what you said.
Try the relevant features
For voice, try a short exchange on the device and connection you normally use. Listen to pauses and pronunciation, then check how easy it is to stop the call or return to typing.
For memory, return to a topic on another day and provide a correction if a detail is wrong. We have not run a controlled cross-product latency or recall benchmark, so this page does not rank either service on those measures.
