These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the NariYume mobile application for iOS and the NariYume web app at nariyume.com/app (together, the “App”), published by Koro Interactive Pte. Ltd. (UEN 202525340Z), a private company limited by shares incorporated in Singapore, with its registered office at 60 Paya Lebar Road, #06-28, Paya Lebar Square, Singapore 409051 (“Koro Interactive”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By downloading, accessing, or using the App you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of the credentials or third-party account used to sign into the App, and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized use. Do not share, sell or transfer your account, or let anyone else use it.
Character replies in the App are generated by artificial intelligence. They may be inaccurate, inconsistent with a character’s established behaviour, or produce content that does not reflect real-world advice, diagnosis, or legal guidance. Do not rely on the App for medical, legal, financial, psychological, or emergency assistance. For emergencies, contact your local emergency services or a qualified professional.
You are always talking to an AI, never a human. The characters are not therapists or counsellors, and the App is not a substitute for professional care or emergency services. If you are thinking about harming yourself, contact your local emergency number or a crisis line (find one at findahelpline.com).
AI replies are unpredictable by nature and may occasionally be unexpected, inappropriate or offensive. You use them at your own risk. All characters in the App, including Nari and Yume, are fictional adults aged 18 or older.

These lists are examples, not a complete list of what we may treat as a violation. Our Content Policy sets out these rules in full.
There is zero tolerance for objectionable, abusive, or harmful content or behaviour in the App. You can report AI-generated content directly from within the App. Koro Interactive reviews submitted reports and may restrict accounts that violate these Terms. We may, but are not obliged to, review, refuse or remove content, suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, and report unlawful content to the authorities. We aim to review reports within 7 days. If we restrict your account, you can appeal by emailing [email protected], and a person reviews each appeal. We may preserve and disclose content and account information where the law requires it or where needed to protect anyone’s safety, and we report child sexual exploitation to the relevant authorities.
NariYume Premium is an auto-renewing subscription. Purchases made in the iOS App are billed by Apple. Purchases made in the web app are billed by our payment processor. The price, currency, and billing period are shown before you confirm payment. A subscription renews at the end of each billing period until you cancel it. Manage an Apple purchase in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Manage a web purchase through the billing link in your NariYume account. Deleting the App or signing out does not cancel a subscription. Deleting your NariYume account cancels an active web subscription immediately, without a refund or credit for the rest of the current period; an Apple subscription must be cancelled with Apple. If a web renewal payment fails, Premium is paused shortly afterwards and your account uses the free allowance until you update your payment method in your NariYume account; your payment processor may retry the payment during that time, and Premium returns as soon as a payment succeeds.
Customers in the EU/EEA. NariYume Premium is a prepaid allowance of digital content. It is credited to your account immediately at the start of each billing period, including each renewal. Before paying, you ask us to credit it immediately and acknowledge that your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal ends once the allowance is credited. We confirm this in your receipt. This does not affect your rights if the App is faulty or not as described. Prices shown include VAT where applicable.
Customers in the United Kingdom. For annual plans, we email you about 30 days and again about 7 days before each renewal, with the renewal date, the amount and how to cancel before you are charged.
Apple purchase refunds are handled by Apple under Apple’s terms; request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. For a web purchase, contact [email protected]. Except where the law requires otherwise, payments are non-refundable and we do not give refunds or credits for partly used billing periods. If you think a charge is wrong, contact us first; a fraudulent or abusive payment dispute may lead to suspension of your account. We may change our prices; a change applies from your next renewal after we tell you, and you can cancel before then. Nothing in this section limits refund rights that apply under law.
The App, including the “Nari” and “Yume” characters, their character rigs, voice, artwork, music, and the underlying software, is owned by Koro Interactive or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable licence to use the App on devices that you own or control, for your personal, non-commercial use.
Nari and Yume belong to us. Their names, likeness, character designs, outfits, artwork, models and rigs, voices, personalities, backstories and dialogue, and the names and logos “NariYume”, “Nari” and “Yume”, are the copyrights, trademarks and other intellectual property of Koro Interactive. Unless we give you prior written permission, you may not:
You may share screenshots or short clips of your own conversations for personal, non-commercial purposes, as long as you do not edit them to mislead, remove our branding, or present them as official. We may ask you to remove any use that breaks these Terms. To report infringement, email [email protected]. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
You retain ownership of the content you send to the App. By using the App you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, transferable licence, sublicensable to our service providers, to store, reproduce, transmit, review and otherwise process your content to provide, operate, maintain, secure, support, improve and develop the App, as described in our Privacy Policy — including sending it to AI providers to generate replies, reviewing it using automated tools and authorized personnel for safety, abuse, Terms enforcement, support, legal and quality purposes, retaining reported content for moderation review, and training and improving our own AI models as described in the Privacy Policy. You confirm that you have the rights needed to send the content you submit, including any photo.
Deleting your account ends this licence for future use of your content, except for de-identified data, AI models already trained, and records we must keep by law.
AI generations. Anything the App generates in response to your messages, including character replies, text, images and audio, is your “AI Generation”. You are solely responsible for the AI Generations your messages elicit, including their content and any consequences of using or sharing them, and you must not intentionally elicit AI Generations that break these Terms or the law. As between you and us, and to the extent the law allows them to be owned, you own your AI Generations, subject to these Terms: (1) they are covered by the licence you give us above; (2) Nari, Yume, their names, likeness, artwork, voices and personalities, and the AI models and systems behind the App, remain owned by Koro Interactive, and owning a Generation gives you no rights in them; (3) you may use your AI Generations for personal, non-commercial purposes, and any commercial use, or any use that includes our characters, artwork or voices, needs our prior written permission; and (4) AI can produce similar Generations for other users, and you have no rights in theirs.
If you send us ideas, suggestions or feedback about the App, we may use them for any purpose without obligation or payment to you.
Using the App also includes content-free product measurement (usage steps, timings and errors) as described in our Privacy Policy. It never includes your conversations or audio. Advertising choices are separate and optional.
You may stop using the App at any time. You can delete your account at any time in the app: Settings → Data & deletion → Delete account on the web, or “Delete Account” in the iOS App. If you can no longer sign in, email [email protected]. We may suspend or terminate your access (with or without notice) if you materially breach these Terms, if we reasonably suspect fraud, abuse or that you are under 18, or if your continued use would expose Koro Interactive to legal or regulatory risk.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KORO INTERACTIVE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, GOODWILL, OR DATA, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE APP. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM UNDER OR IN CONNECTION WITH THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) US$50.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including any statutory consumer rights you may have.
Indemnity. To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify Koro Interactive and its officers, employees and agents against claims, losses and reasonable legal costs arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the App, including content you submit. This does not apply to the extent a loss is caused by our own breach or negligence, and it does not limit your statutory consumer rights.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter (including non-contractual disputes or claims) are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
You and Koro Interactive agree that the courts of Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any such dispute or claim, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have in your country of residence.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the date above and, if the change is material, notify you in the App or through another appropriate channel before it takes effect. Continued use of the App after a revision becomes effective means you accept the revised Terms.
